Book Introduction - Calvin Author - Ramakrishna Magdoom.
A novel that explores the life of Sugaran Paksha and looks into the world of birds: Calvin
A short novel 'Kalvin' written by Ramakrishna Magdoom based on bird life, which can be read while sitting, but the exact description of bird life is captivating. Sometimes people who shoot birds with a gun, today their lives are written in novels. This means that the novel testifies to how kind, sensitive and understanding human beings are to the world beyond their own existence. The struggle in the world of Bayaji and Baya, the son-in-law and Sugarni couple and the parties living with them, is presented in a flowing style. So far, novels related to human life have been read, but while reading this novel about bird life, there were many questions in the mind that how should the author have combined the nature of the novel with imagination and reality? But while reading at the beginning, we don't even know how we go from the isolated human world to the bird world in close proximity to nature. That is, the human mind is so extraordinary that just as water assumes the shape of a vessel, our mind can harmonize with any living being i.e. animal parts. While reading, we get in tune with that Sugaran Party, its ongoing struggle. The author takes Bayaji as the main character and presents his life and his surroundings very minutely. While reading the novel, every word had to become one with the nature and bird life. That nature, bushes, vines, grass becomes our surroundings. Even the eyes become green while reading. The bird of our mind also sits separately in the hanging skull of that Sugarni on the well. How is the inside of the shell, how is the nest inside, those sparrow chicks, the mind is immersed in that world of imagination. And it's the plot that forces those beliefs to be rejoicing. A mysterious mystery of bird life is more or less in everyone's mind. The solution to that enigmatic mystery lies in reading this novel. Every living thing on earth has a world. Reading such a novel gives an extraordinary experience of living, growing and growing.
What is the human or the bird, how much he has to suffer while building his nest. Sugarni's head in particular is a subject of curiosity and admiration for us. Khopa is the focal point for Sugaran and Sugarani to come together as a couple. Then the sugar bird weaves the nest without any interruption to make its mate like its head. Sometimes due to natural calamities and sometimes due to human intervention, the nest is broken again and again but the bird weaves again and again without giving up. Sometimes on a tree, sometimes on an island, sometimes on the edge of a well, it changes its place in many places. And one day Sugarni comes to see that beautiful nest and if she likes it, she accepts it with the skull and then their life begins. The author has given an in-depth description of the daily life of hatching the eggs, protecting them and feeding them. The struggle in the daily life of the parties can be read here. We think how spontaneous the life of parties is. While enjoying the world of imagination, we easily think, If I was born, I would like to be a bird. But we have never experienced their life closely. How much struggle they have to face in their life too. Then apparently we can't get much closer to it beyond birdwatching. But after reading this novel, we realize how much we are separated from bird life. How close a person gets to the bird life and understands their world. Not only this, but with the power of our intellect, we can base our entire life on the power of our words. But we have never experienced their life closely. The author's study of birdwatching is vast. The author has a close relationship with nature and its trees, leaves, flowers, fruits, vines, bushes and soil. Therefore, just as the sugar bird weaves its head with great effort by bringing each mate, he has shaped this beautiful novel with deep intimacy from each word. If you want to understand the bird world closely, you must read this novel. Let them tread the lofty heights of success in the same field of writing. May new writings be inspired by them and readers get to read them. All the best for his future writing endeavors with his novel Kalvin...!!
